WHY?  Well, climate change is occurring at a rapid rate due to human activities. By using fossil fuels in our homes, cars, industries and businesses we are creating more greenhouse gases than occur naturally.  These greenhouse gases are increasing the Earth's natural greenhouse effect, changing our climate and causing unusual weather events.

In Marlborough, we want to try to reverse this trend by changing our activites to produce less greenhouse gases, particularly carbon dioxide. By changing the way you do a few things we can all work together to make a difference. Download a Pledge Booklet below for more information:
